Before you grab that car key and can’t wait to drive to Malacca, here are a few things I think you should know:
From year 2017 onwards, the cafe started to implement a minimum charge instead of ordering both snack and drink knowing that the guests might had their meal somewhere. After all, it is Malacca, another makan heaven.
Entry : RM18/pax, RM15/ kids (<90cm)
**Free Assorted Cold &Hot Drink, Free Assorted Souvenier (worth RM8.90, Free Discount Vouchers, Free RM15 Uber Rides (for first time user)
Getting Their Attention
It’s quite easy. As long as you have the snack in your hand, their eyes are on you. One pack of kibble is selling at RM2 each, with buy 2 free 1 promotion. During my last visit, the cafe was still selling sausage as snack, but the huskies tend to chomp on the plastic wrapper too. I’m guessing that’s why they’re switching to kibble.
When everyone is getting the snack, the huskies just tend to go here and there. Just wait until most of them finishes their dog snack before taking out yours. You will be like king in the jungle by then.
Your play time with them depends on how fast the snack runs out; feed them like a vending machine and you can say bye bye within 5 minutes. Instead, try the old “sit” and “hand” tricks, you get to pet them longer and even get yourself a decent selfie.
Outdoor Feeding Time
Although the Huskies will stay indoor all the time for you to cuddle and feed, there’s just something about outdoor that will make them super excited. See them running around during these 2 outdoor feeding sessions; 6pm-7pm and 9pm-10pm. However, they will cancel the session if it’s raining.
If you feel like taking your own pet to Huskitory to meet some new friends, I’m sorry to tell that they do not allow that anymore.
